She is a little red rubber ball who is Environmental Ant's best friend. When she sprung a leak, Moxy was tossed aside into the planter. Fran fixed her with a band-aid and gave her back her bounce.
Deeply rooted in the planter, Fran is the editor of the Planter Post, the local newspaper. She trades nectar for news from the bees, and they keep her in the buzz. She is always willing to give advice and get to the root
of the problem.
He used to be the third grade classroom pet. When his cage was accidentally left open one night, he left to pursue his life-long dream of opening a restaurant. Now his Crumb Cafe is the planter's first-grade hot spot.
He is a tiny superhero with a huge mission. He wants to take good care of the environment. He is an ant for the environment. He takes a stand for the environment... when he is not falling down.

He wants to help save the environment, but he is not sure what the environment is.
He sets out with his friend Moxy to figure it out. Along the way, they learn that even though they are small, they can do big things for the earth.
